Starter (choice of)

• Scallop carpaccio, Avruga pearls, squid ink mayonnaise and crunchy samphire

• Beef terrine with foie gras, truffle cream, fig jam and toasted hazelnuts

Main course (choice of)

• Low-temperature cooked monkfish, truffled Jerusalem artichoke purée, Jerusalem artichoke chips and champagne sauce

• Herb-crusted lamb cutlets, garlic confit mashed potatoes, rosemary jus and honey-glazed carrots

Dessert (choice of)

• Crispy fig and pistachio millefeuille with light cream
